Today, on World Mental Health Day, I want to remind you of something essential: you’re not alone. At some point, we all face emotions or thoughts that feel too heavy to carry. And even though modern life rarely slows down, we always have one powerful tool within reach — our breath. Through it, we can return to the present, find calm, and reconnect with what truly matters.
