Subscriptions

Subscription model: Pausa offers access to premium features through periodic subscriptions. By subscribing, you accept the payment terms and applicable fees at that time.

Payment and renewal: Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and renew automatically, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Pausa application, including its content, design, graphics, and software, are the exclusive property of Pausa Technologies LLC. You may not use these elements without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Use at your own risk: Pausa does not guarantee that the use of the application will be free of errors or interruptions. Although we will make our best effort to keep the application available and operational, we assume no responsibility for any technical failure, data loss or service interruption

Consequences of use: Pausa is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the corresponding platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.). Pausa reserves the right to suspend or cancel your access to the application in case of breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Modifications

Pausa reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the application without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will take effect once published in the application.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws in the United States. Any dispute related to Pausa will be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction.
