How Pausa was Born

From panic attacks to finding calm

Pausa was born after two panic attacks that changed everything. In those moments of intense anxiety, when the heart beats too hard and breathing becomes impossible, we discovered something powerful: conscious breathing can transform stress into calm.

During months of stress and anxiety, we tried different breathing techniques and mindfulness. What worked wasn't complicated apps or long meditations, but simple breathing exercises that anyone can do, without needing to meditate.

Pausa is the result of that search: an app designed for people struggling with anxiety, stress and depression, but who need something simple and effective. Science-backed breathing techniques that really help you feel better.
