At Pausa, we respect your decision to delete your account and all associated data. If you wish to proceed with deleting your information, follow these steps:

How to delete your account

1. Send an email to support@pausaapp.com indicating that you want to delete your account and all your information.

2. A member of our team will respond within the next 3 business days to confirm your request and start the process.

3. Once the deletion process is complete, Pausa will not retain any personal information associated with your account.

What you should know

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

All your personal data, preferences, and progress in the app will be deleted.

If you have an active subscription, we recommend canceling it before requesting account deletion.
